We went out of town this past weekend so I didnt have much time to work on the big bears legs... but, as promised, here are a couple of preview photos. The little guy is 4... hes just waiting for his bling. ;) The bigger bear head blooming in the flower pot is actually a rich red mink (faux fur), but his shading was washed out by the sunlight (and couldnt hold a candle to those gorgeous fiery blooms he was sitting on). I added a second pic taken on the clutter of my desk... to show more accurate coloring. Once his legs are finished, Ill permanently sew on his ears and assemble the body. I hope to have him finished by the weekend, but Im getting sidetracked more often than usual, lately. :D Plus, Im a little attached to the big bear, because his face came out EXACTLY the way I had him pictured in my head. :)
