We went to buy a dryer tonight. We left Best Buy after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to help us. We left Sears because they required using a store credit card AND a minimum purchase price to deliver it free (and the dryers were more expensive.) We went to Lowes Home Improvement and found the exact dryer we wanted for much cheaper than the other two places, and we got free, next-day delivery and haul-away. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Customer Service matters, people!
