We were and are with all govts.... ensure bins in all locations ... more importantly ensure indians dont steal them.... ensure stiff penalties for erring...but than ensure police does not take bribe...poorest may like to goto jail since neither can they afford to pay and also they would like to have food to eat in jails however bad it may be...but then they can be brutalised by the police... so Mr Modi we are with you...you must create infrastructure for waste disposal and not ruled by the mafia.....a tall order... let us not invest precious time on hinduvata and anti Pak muslim rehtorics .... let us get down to serious business of building the nation....we are so so far behind developed nations...to be like them we need indians to be good and not fundamentalists....see the hate mails and you will see the depravity of Indian mind atleast a few.
