We were at church this morning and the service was really meaningful, it was a reminder of the truth of Christmas. We then came home and started to get our meal ready. So we carefully prepared everything for a really good Christmas dinner. All times worked out, veg to roast in the oven covering in olive oil and garlic, sage and onion stuff in the oven, potatoes to seam in the steamer, tefal actifry on to roast the potatoes. twenty minutes later I saw the potatoes to be roasted still on the plate. A quick recalculation, potatoes into the actifry with oil and garlic and in the end it was all good. I might have used a bit too much garlic but as it is only me and Anne Collings and we both had loads of garlic no problem. We had carrots that I picked today, home grown onions and home grown potatoes.
