We were honoured to have some inspirational visitors yesterday: Ayngelina Brogan, award-winning food blogger and journalist for the Huffington Post and Dave Mottershall, chef and cured meat maker. It was great to see Dave was such a quick and inspired learner and Ayngelina such an appreciative photographer, filmmaker and eater!
