We were just about to shut up shop last night when some unexpected visitors arrived. Alex and Steph are German travelers in the middle of a round trip of Australia. Their transport, a semi-recumbent tandem bicycle, was experiencing some mechanical difficulties when climbing and they were hoping for some repairs. The bike was left with us overnight and this morning we were able to take a look at it, providing a solution to a slipping chain issue. The only luxuries that they have with them are tiny camp chairs and a ukulele, however their spirits were high and the stories they told left us no doubt that they were having a fantastic journey. Steph and Alex have only just left for Esperance, and we wish them all the best with the rest of their trip.
