We will take one passage a week. Read the passage each day (more than once a day if possible). Think about it. Ask yourself “what is it saying?” Think about what it means. For each passage you will find some questions to help you along. Write down any cool insights you may have. Pray and thank the Lord for the truth that is there. And then post questions or insights or comments on our page! Romans 1:1-7 Think about a bondservant What is it? What do they do? Why? Now put yourself in a bondservant’s shoes. Look at the day ahead of you consciously thinking you are a bondservant. How do you view things? What motivates you? Think about the gospel of God What is it? Where can you find info on it? Can you locate some samples? What is it about? Think about Jesus Christ What is said about Him in v. 3-4? Reflect on the two statements “who was born…” and “declared to be…” Think about grace What is it? Where or how do we receive it? What do you think of the order of blessings v. 7b? Where is it from?
