We woke up to rain this morning so plans for the orphanage changed. We went to Tamar to worship and pray with their staff and talk details about our upcoming party. We checked out their bakery and card making room, meeting some of the new recruits and practicing our spiritual gifts of shopping. After lunch we went to the hill that overlooks Pattaya and houses a big giant Buddha. Today was a big Buddhist holiday so there were lots of worshipers and plenty of monks to offer their blessings and accept their offerings. Very disturbing but made me appreciate my God even more. He needs no food or money, in fact, He provides for me. (Pictures provided tomorrow) In the evening most of the team went to bars to meet with the girls while the younger members (plus Dawn, young at heart) passed out bibles at the pier. After some months of passing out 300-ish bibles per night due to decrease in Chinese tourism, we passed out 860 bibles tonight! Pray the Living Word would be at work as the Chinese read their shenjing
