We (worker) try to understand our client (putting ourselves in their shoes) Listening their expressed problems.... Not to let them go home empty handed... Referring them for possible intervention for one reason WE CARE ABOUT THEIR WELFARE Good for them... the question is. who will understand us (worker)? who will care about us (worker)? who will listen to us (worker)? what about our WELFARE? REMEMBER: WE ARE ALSO HUMAN not ROBOT!!!!
