We would like to inform you of the salary criteria for 2014 for the 30% allowance ruling which have meanwhile been published. The salary criteria amount to the following: High criterion (minimum) €36,378 (70%) €51,968.57 (100%) Low criterion (applicable for employees under the age of 30 who have obtained a master title at a foreign university, minimum) For completeness sake we would like to mention that these criteria apply to all employees with the “new” 30% allowance ruling (i.e. the 30% allowance ruling after the changes implemented on January 1, 2012). Consequently also employees who have received the ruling in 2012 and 2013 will have to meet this 2014 salary criterion in order to maintain their scarce specific expertise and their consequent use of the 30% allowance ruling.
