We would like to inform you that Mr. (Noradeen Hussein Mohammed) has registered an account at Capital One Forex Company capitaloneforex (COFX) and under the number (98037) on 10.13.2014, as shown in the picture (1), where he deposited his money using electronic transfers (Skrill) as shown in the picture (2), and then proceeded to trade through COFX platform for a period of about 15 days and dated 10.28.2014 has opened his account for the purpose of trading and suddenly saw that his equity has been transferred to an account number which is (98118 ) without his knowledge and without his agreement, as shown in the picture number (3), he asked about this issue through live support, they said to him you must contact to your account manager who is Mr. (Makcim),when he contacted Mr. Makcim about it, Mr. Makcim returned back his equity to his account in platform. from here Mr. Noradeen worried so he made a request to the Finance Department of COFX to withdraw his money from his account in the company, but they did not response him , he repeated that request three times but they did not answered him, so he contacted his account manager Mr. (Makcim) ,Mr Makcim said to him yes this is your right and I will send your money within 24 hours, and several days ago he did not send his money, on 10.31.2014, Mr Noradeen opened his account in platform but he saw that his balance become nothing (zero) while he did not have opened trades , till now Mr Makcim and COFX do not answer him and he know that Mr. Makcim stood his money
