Weakness. What does this word mean to you? Everyone has them, whether we like to admit it or not. Do not let this stop you from completing a wod or skipping the workout. No matter how much you hate it, work through the pain, embrace the suck and prove yourself. It is amazing to see your own potential and push your body to its limit, you may think you cant but by doing the work you can. Take that extra time to stretch, practice and invision yourself doing the movement. Your mind can only take you so far but your heart will take you even farther. Never give in and never give up.
