Weather Outlook for Dominica and the Lesser Antilles Issued: 6:00 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2013 Weak instability will continue to produce occasional cloudiness and scattered showers across parts of the island chain during the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, a westward moving tropical wave located in the Tropical Atlantic is expected to approach the area by weekend. Also, another westward moving tropical wave is located in the Central Tropical Atlantic. Slight to moderate sea conditions are expected during the next 48 hours with swells peaking near 5.0 feet.
