Weather Update 11PM: Newest models are showing very little moisture from this system only producing .02 of liquid and with rain mixing in I expect that most of the lower elevations and Tri-Cities will see NOTHING to maybe a 1/2 of snow from this event. The higher elevations of 2500 feet and above will likely see a Dusting to possibly 2 on the higher ridges. Note there is still the chance of freezing rain early Monday morning in the valleys as the temperatures will be near the freezing mark.
