Wednesday 17 July 2013 " Boat Race " 3 Rounds For Time: 500 Meter Row 400 Meter Run 3 Minutes Rest Between Rounds *Crossfitters: As Coach Eileen discussed with many of you today, if you do not wish to train for the Opens, but still love Crossfit, we encourage you to join us for the WOD everyday. If you do wish to compete in the "sport of fitness", then you must build your skill set and put in the skill work that is programmed. Given the volume of the work, we recommend the competitors take a rest day in the middle of the week, preferably Wednesdays. **Also, please remember that everyone who helps out in our pursuit of health, fitness and competition is working pro bono. Please do your part by researching the questions you may have prior to coming to class. Self education is free! It will give you a good baseline that we can further clarify in the bubble. ***Lastly, please post your times and efforts to comments! It is for the betterment of everyone, so we can see where everyone is and adjust accordingly.
