Grip should be two handed palms down and movement should be slower than normal. ---WOD--- KettleBurpees 200 Russian Kettlebell Swing (24/16kg) Level 2: 20/12kg Level 1: 4-16kg 200 KB Russian swings must be completed. Everytime the KB is dropped or touched to the ground, a 10 burpee penalty to be done at the end of the workout is assessed.
