The Anderson County (SC) Animal Board will meet on Thursday, August 29, 2013 for the following purpose: “To hear from all elements of the community that are concerned about the health and welfare of dogs being sold through ‘puppy mill’ operations.” The goal is to develop a county ordinance. What you can do: Responsible dog owners, exhibitors, and breeders in Anderson County are encouraged to attend the meeting, share your valuable knowledge and experience, and become part of this lawmaking process.
