Wednesday. Following are two of our CrossFit Midlo Eat For Health (E.F.H.) Challenge Baseline workouts. We did these same workouts on September 4. Keep all variables the same as then, except for the time and rounds. Go faster and get more. D.T. will be on Friday. (From Sept 4) 1) Run 1 mile. (Yes, I know you hate running.) 2) AMRAP 12. Working 2 minutes, resting :30 4 muscle-ups 8 Kettlebell swings (as heavy as possible with properly stabilized trunk) 12 Burpees. (Yes, I know you hate burpees.) Wednesday Supp. 1) Mobilize where your mobility is lacking. (Yes, I know you hate mobilizing.) 2) 10 minutes dedicated goat work. (Dont hate goats. They are cute and useful.)
