Wednesday: Met some of tetas (grandmother on dads side) cousins in Zgharta. Drove all the way up to Ehden on the Lebanese mountain; we were so high we were driving in clouds. Saw a church which held the remains of a hero,Yusef Kara (or Joseph). Lots of churches. Saw the grandparents of our cousins husband and tetas brother. Then went to Miziara to do another wedding celebration (she put dough over the doorway and pressed coins into it to make a cross) Thursday: Went to the Cedars up the mountains and walked around looking at hundred year old trees. Then traveled all the way to the top of the mountain. Went back down to Bsharri and saw the Khalil Gibran museum. Went into the Kadisha valley and the Kadisha grotto (lots of fresh water). Went to Bekafro where St Charbel was born and his church, house and miracle place. Went back to miziara for another wedding party.
