Wednesday Nutrition Tip: WATER, WATER, WATER! Water is essential to our health. Our body strives off optimal hydration. Hunger is often confused for thirst, even the slightest bit of dehydration can signal hunger and cravings. Tip #1 if you are hungry or have cravings first drink a glass of ate to se if you are truly hungry or just thirsty Tip #2 aim for at least eight 8 oz glasses of water per day. If y need some flavor for water, flavor it naturally. Skip things like Mio or Crystal light which contain artificial sweeteners aspartame and Sucralose. Try lemon , orange, or lime wedges, cucumber, mint, fresh/frozen berries. Cinnamon sticks. Here is a recipe for a chia fresca Ingredients: 4 C. Cold Water 1 Medium Lemon, Half Juiced & Half Sliced 1/2 C. Fresh Fruit (I used Strawberries, Blackberries, and Pomegranate.) 1 Tbsp. Honey 2 Tsp.
