(Rest day is Thursday) September Daily Workout 2 circuits - 4 times per week 50 Crunches 15 Push-ups 25 Triceps Bench Dips 20 Shoulder Press 50 Bicycle Crunches 20 Squats 40 Calf Raises 50 second Wall Squat 25 Inner Thigh Press 20 Fire Hydrants - each leg 20 Sumo Squats 20 Dumbbell Curls Follow with 20-30 minutes of cardio
