Wednesday morning downstairs: Morning everyone, what a busy day weve had today! This morning weve had the climbing frame out, we practised our gross motor skills by climbing up and down the big ladder. Our social skills were also soaring as we had to take it in turns when going down the slide! We were super at it! Jass group made skeleton hands today as it links in with our theme All about me. Abis group looked at number recognition and practised grouping numbers such as single and double digits! Jesss group practised pencil control whilst trying to write their name! They were so good theyre going on display :) After snack we read a story about a run away umbrella, it got home safely with the help of its friends! After snack, which was cucumber and oranges we made our mark and placed our handprints on the canvases to stick up around the lounge! It will look so colourful! We have a morning canvas and an afternoon canvas that the children will do later! See you all later. Jas, Jess & Abigail x
