Wednesdays Pasta: This morning, early, I was thinking about tonights pasta which led me to a general wondering about something else. If quanta is the plural of quantum and if continuum theory (kind of the opposite, as if that were possible) suddenly morphed into its written plural possessive, would it end with an apostrophe? Or, what if it was written as a heightened parenthetical, that was questioning and exclaiming at the same time, would it end with comma, question mark and exclamation point? All of this got me to thinking about ravioli. Tonights special: Three raviolis--three cheese, portabello and meat (two of each), all served with a rich, herb roast tomato sauce and plenty of fresh-grated parmagiano reggiano.
