Abdul Rashid Wani, Ex-JDI passes away Srinagar, June 15: A condolence meeting under the chairmanship of acting President, Mr. Showkat Ahmad Khan was held here today by the Non-Gazetted Employees Union of the Information department, Kashmir Division to mourn the sad demise of Abdul Rashid Wani, Ex-Joint Director Information who passed away this morning after short illness. Abdul Rashid Wani worked on various posts in the Information Department. The members expressed their grief and sorrow on death and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.They also prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and endurance to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was also held at Directorate of Information and all District Information Centres to condole the sad demise of Abdul Rashid Wani, Ex-Joint Director Information.
