About three months ago I finally cancelled my gym membership! Since then I have continued to slim down, tone up and lost about 8 more lbs. Before, I dreaded going to the gym after a while, and I always felt like I had to spend at least 1.5 hours there to get in a good work out! I also wasnt gaining the lean muscle I had dreamed of having...(lack of consistency and lack of knowledge played a big part in that too!) For three months now, I have consistently worked out at home with resistance training and have had more success than I ever expected! I can now do push-ups...on my toes! And more than 2! I also have more upper body strength than I ever have had! Change of pace and focus in my workouts is what I needed... being able to do it from home was even better!
