Week 13 into the building phase-no lines, no striations, but hey its all good. Im not trying to work on operation shredded Asian. Im on a mission to bring a better me come next season. Current weight=169-170 lbs, about 14-15 lbs above stage weight. Feeling pretty confident with how Im progressing. My typical homeostasis weight is 160-165 lbs so being 5 lbs above is awesome. Current macros=550 g C/75 g F/205 g P/40-45 g Fiber/2 gal of water. Ive held steady with weight on these and may have to increase. Training is going well and may end of changing it up after next week. Once I begin contest prep I believe that under my fluff suit there is new lean tissue awaiting to be shown:)
