Week 2 of my Mindful Meditation Challenge. I havent been perfect and missed some days but for the last couple Ive meditated for 10 mins, sometimes twice a day. At first I had no time for the meditation. But now Ive made it part of my daily routine, its not negotiable! Im finding the night time meditation is a great way to help switch my mind off from my busy day and preparing me for a more restful sleep. Research has recently supported the fact that even 2 weeks of regular meditation can produce measurable changes in the brain (Richie Davidson) These changes can help you regulate your emotions and attention/concentration during the day!
