Week #3 challenge update: Im finally getting back into the workbooks and its really helping me stay excited about this terrific health program! Ive been looking at where I was when I started this program about a year ago (158lbs, tired all the time, extremely stressed, taking anti-anxiety/anti-depressants, unavailable for my family, and hopeless that anything would change for me going forward) and how I lost the first 20lbs so quickly and easily (in 3 mths) - and where Im at now (within 15lbs of my ideal weight, sleeping well, no napping anymore, tons of energy, no medications except my thyroid med, engaged with my family again, and much more mentally positive! It has given me renewed commitment to keep pressing forward to a future of continued and increased health! Yahoo!!!!
