Weight loss motivation... Imagine paying back a large debt to a credit card lender at a double digit interest rate. Now imagine each month you make that payment you stare at the balance on the online profile of that account. Each payment will not make a huge difference but you know one thing is a fact. After X number of payments you will be debt free. Now if we know you are doing the right thing and well on the way to living debt free then the system is fool proof and you have no reason to stare at that screen after each payment. Each time you stare at the balance it reminds you of a negative past and makes you feel down on yourself. So my fix for that? Keep making the payments on time and stop watching the balance! Same thing goes with weight loss...If you are making this fitness thing a true lifestyle then you are making the payments day in and day out. Therefore your system is also fool proof! You will lose the weight so stop staring at the scale. No muscle doesnt weigh more than fat. A pound/kilo is a pound/kilo no matter what it is. But if you are building muscle while losing fat then the scale may not move much at first. Thats okay. Your body composition is changing for the better. Heck most fitness models are labeled obese by BMI standards! Muscle mass in the long run will speed up your metabolism even at rest! Now youre paying off debt and setting up future investments!
