Weird Dans thought of the day I am constantly nagging at my family about recycling aluminum cans. When I see a can in the trash, I ask, would you throw 3 cents in the trash? Also it is easier to recycle aluminum than it is to create it..Yesterday I took 3 months worth of cans to the refinery and I got $25... It got me to thinking..That is $100.00 a year...NOW...We are just 1 family...What if 100 families did this...That would be $10, 000 a year...What if 1,000 familes did this? that would be 100 grand a year...NOW.. What if there was a non profit group called ...say... CANS FOR KIDS...that helped with college tuitions, and food for the needy, and medicine for the ill...and such....100 grand a year with just the participation of 1,000 families who throw the (cans) money in the trash...HMMMMM?
