Welcome August, the month of my birth....this is also the month of so much painful memories; a day after my birthday in 1991,the father of my 5 children was murdered...My beloved dad likewise died on my birthday in 2003. Last August 1, I lost my job at Tahanang Mapagpala Center (A Social Adjustment Center for the Street Children) because it is now under the new administration. But still I want to celebrate my birthday this coming August 6 with the less fortunate kids at the center. We need not to have a position to be able to share our blessing with them. I gave my commitment to our center head, Lolit Bautista, that I will not cease to extend help, the best I can. So August, am ready to face you with a smile, a real sincere smile. :)
