Appetizer: - Penne alla Chef tossed in homemade creamy tomato sauce, bacon and green pea. Main Course: - Grilled Tanigue Parmigiana Fillet Grilled Tanigue fillet to perfection, topped with homemade tomato sauce, imported Italian Parmesan cheese, served with mix vegetables and mashed potato. Dessert: - Homemade leche plan with whipped cream on top. - Espresso and our homemade brandy orange to follow.
