Welcome everyone this Saturday night, and I am here live! Anyway a few quick things to start off with tonight. Well first off Im sure everyones heard of the woman driving her children into the ocean, and the Malaysian airliner that has gone missing and is most likely crashed, Im still not sure if the crash has been confirmed yet, but was highly suspected after oil sliks were found in the ocean near there. The Ukrainian situation continues, but is apparently falling out of the top of the news now and Im not sure why. Its really not better, Crimeas newly thrown together leadership will apparently get to vote to become Russian, but Kiev sees these votes as illegitimate, and Russia still calls Kiev illegitimate. Meanwhile Russia continues to build some forces and has hinted at taking more regions in the east, but of course they arent taking anything... Scrambled propaganda logic. Anyway onto more news that isnt news to the media anymore. The overthrow of the Shiite government (same type as in Syria and Iran) we helped establish in Iraq is still under attack. Now our kind of allies in Saudi Arabia have apparently entered the fight in Iraq supporting militant groups because the Shiite government has not treated the Sunni minority well. Now Qatar is involved and is at odds with the Saudis somehow over support for the muslim brotherhood in Egypt... Its just becoming more and more of a mess in the Mid-East right now. I know that thats been the general consensus of the area by most in the west for a while, but it really does seem to be worsening. I would generally support Sunnis as they had been the more moderate like not killing an artist for drawing Muhammad, but to fight monsters sometimes you become them. Both main sects of Islam have terrorist groups fighting in there name now and they appear to be supported by the governments. Its been going like this for so long, its hard to even say. Saudi Arabia is Sunni, but just started allowing women to drive, and while Iran, being a former British colony until the modern day, had been easier on Sharia type things, but seems to be regressing as well. Hell its hard to say anymore. Anyone want to say something or enlighten the readers on these things youre welcome to it. Thanks for reading I Am Aware, hope you are now too.
