Welcome from Malaysia. I have just completed my first week here, new job, new culture, new names to learn, new business to learn. Two things are important. First, I miss Tanya and we remain as close as ever and second, this is a wild adventure from start to finish and I will try and explain some of the things that are going on over the next few days and weeks.
