Welcome to Ambers lesbian movie review of the month. Todays movie - TopicsExpress

Welcome to Ambers lesbian movie review of the month. Todays movie is brought to you after a rainy earthquake day. This months movie is another foreign film this one from Sweden I believe. Its half as long as the previous French one I saw Blue is the Warmest Color at only 1.5 hrs. Maybe it was because of its run time that I had trouble connecting and feeling the movie specifically with the characters and situation in the first half of the movie however you start feeling it in the second half as you experience the personal struggles they face. By the end of the movie, I was in tears. The soundtrack is also a bit weak with the exception of the last song however the visual display makes up for it. The film is extremely crisp and colorful and the camera shots are well angled and placed. The actors are excellent. I think that if the film had been a bit longer for the director to build up the connection between the actresses for the audience to feel in the beginning and if it had a better soundtrack, it would have been an excellent movie. I was still satisfied overall and give it 4 stars out of 5. Available on NetFlix. Best quote of the movie: We cant plan everything in life. Kiss Me Trailer: youtu.be/gCIGwgntcD8
