Welcome to Day 23 of our Loving Thyself Journey!!!! First we want to acknowledge, be thankful for and give love to ... our Veterans!!! Remember yall, in order to truly love, accept, and forgive another, you must first love, accept and forgive yourself!!! So, I want you to look in your mirror and say (putting your name in the blank and emphasizing the I) _______, I love you!! I accept ALL of you. AND... I forgive you!!! Once you truly feel the love for self, call someone you know who has been in a long standing battle... This battle could have taken place in the streets, overseas, behind closed doors, at the kitchen table, in the classroom, the hospital, even in their own mind...... It doesnt matter to me where! Call and give them some love!! Or go visit them! Connect with them in some way so that the newfound love you have for yourself can be reflected to them!!! Let them feel your love!!! Thats what all this is about--spreading love!!! After youve done that, please write three things you love about yourself that start with the letter W. My three things.... I love that I Am a Spiritual Warrior!!! I love when something profound comes through me in my Writing!!! I love that every confirmation I get is a Win for me in this game of life!!! Okay....heres an off the subject thought... You see my three things? I liked them. But after I wrote them, I heard that voice say I gave my power away. (See, Im working on fully loving me too!!! Whew!!!) When you hit an area that really needs work, you will feel it! My heart is beating faster now! My throat is starting to feel a little constricted! It feels like all my blood is up in my chest!!! This feeling is confirmation to me that I am battling some long standing beliefs by writing what that voice told me to write... but Im going to listen... and do it... Here goes... I love that I Am a Spiritual Warrior!!! I love that I Am a Writer!!! I love that I Am a Winner!!! Wow!!! Wow.... Thats so interesting..... I am a Spiritual Warrior. I am a Writer. And I am a Winner. Wow. Yall have a blessed day!!! I have to lay back down. That took some energy!!! Heaven hi!!!
