Welcome to Nigeria where money is God.Two years back after a round of golf with the then Botswana high commisioner to Nigeria, he gave me some money and asked if i needed more, I responded by saying am cotented with that .He looked at me & smiled ,then said Nigerians worshiped money.entrusting money to Nigerians is like giving a cat milk to guide.A driver once told me that when he went to Mecca to perform pilgrimage he met a man who was holding a brief-case & needed someone to assist him, the man then looked at him & asked him, if he was a Sudanese, he responded that he is a Nigerian.The man now stirred at him & exclaimed Nigeria!Nigeria! & took to his heels.What a country.
