Whitsand Bay Fort Heritage Centre - The story so far. When we launched last year we aimed to have our first heritage centre open within a year. Well it happened and here is the story. From RAF Upottery, where Band of Brothers was based on the story of Easy Company of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, to the fighter airfield thats runways literally rose from the Plymouth Blitz, RAF Harrowbeer. Plymouth WW1 Centenary Commemorations - A look at the City of Plymouths various organisations have organised over the coming few years.
