Welcome to no mans land - the boarder crossing between Aqaba #Jordan and Eilat #Israel. What you dont see are the fully loaded & armed soldiers waiting on each side, as well as the land mine signs. The two countries are at a peace now, and citizens from each side can cross, but Israel has very high security mainly bc its far easier for terrorist to come through one of their boarding countries. Jordan had many check points in country to check for terrorists and wanted names, however the security is still not as advanced as in Israel.
