Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Heres some info about us! SO GLAD YOURE HERE!!! The Interrogation of EB By Mrs. EB - aka Elizabeth We got our start in our current location a little over three years ago. Before that we worked in an undisclosed location... We started all thanks to my grandmother, Gwen. She sent me to cake school. She was my biggest cheerleader, and would push my newly acquired skills on anybody. So thanks to her and word of mouth, I started picking up some business. Not long after that, Mr. EB (David) decided to enter a BBQ competition. Well, he won first place. And you cant just quit after a first place finish, right? So we kept on cooking. In February of 2011, we made 60 dozen Valentines cookies. David said we had to find a commercial location where we would have room to work. We opened on McCullough in June of 2011. And its been a crazy, wild, fun ride since then- and were looking forward to many more!!! Frequent questions: What are your hours? Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30 Saturday 8:30-12 Special hours for catered events. In addition, we have a freezer stocked with various casseroles for those nights that cooking just isnt in the cards. Feel free to call during the day and we can pull it out to start thawing. We can also heat it up if needed. Are you expensive? Our average ticket is around $35 for a birthday cake. Our case items start around $1. Catering is priced on a personalized menu and needs.
