Welcome to the official Facebook page of the second edition of Fashion Tales - International Conference, organized by ModaCult - Centre for the Study of Fashion and Cultural Production. ModaCult is an academic research centre that has tried, since its creation in 1995, to support dialogue and to compare the languages and expertise of the different fashion professionals, both by organizing interdisciplinary conferences and promoting ethnographic research. Today, on the occasion of the Expo2015 to be held in Milan and significantly entitled Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life, ModaCult invites scholars, curators, media and consultancy professionals, as well as fashion designers and business people from around the globe to come together in Milan to share meanings, images and methodologies used in the production of fashion tales that nurture the social imaginary toward sustainable lifestyles.
