Welcome to the slave state of America. In accordance with the new Obama health care mandate effective January 1, 2014, any American not covered by a government approved health care policy shall be considered in direct violation of federal law and shall be declared as criminal of the State. The ability, or inability, to not register via any of the official portals (web site, telephone, email) shall not be of sufficient reason or grounds to not be in violation of such federal and, or, state mandate. Further, the ability or inability to not register via any of the official portals shall not be reason or grounds enough for diminishing, curtailing, or eliminating any penalties, financial or otherwise, for reasons of non compliance and, or, criminal behavior. The result of such actions shall be a truncation or elimination of all civil rights until such time a hearing shall be conveyed and the perpetrator allowed to plead his/her innocence. Any eventual plea and, or, any eventual verdict, shall not be grounds sufficient to override any financial or civil penalties already enacted under the statues as described herein and aforementioned. In essence, on January 1, 2014, and for the first time in the history of our once great nation, more Americans than not shall be considered as criminals in the eyes of the federal government system, and shall be considered as engaging in acts in direct violation and defiance of federal law. The penalty of such actions can and will include a complete repeal of all civil rights, including the right to vote in elections held on all levels; federal, state, and county level along with the surrender of all personal assets or claims on property, real and personal. Additional fines and levies may also be deemed appropriate along with involuntary incarceration and servitude as warranted by a court of proper federal jurisdiction.
