You wont recognise Maria & Richard in the Photo attached but you should. They are Heroes of mine. They are quiet achievers after having been active in campaigning to make the world and their community a better place since the Vietnam War. They are active right up to this day as Reconciliation and Climate Change activists among other issues. They are also two of the most incredibility skilled Facilitators I know, having taught communities how to communicate effectively. I have been lucky enough to enjoy their warmhearted manner of working with a group. WOW meetings that actually empower. Conversations are motivational! Why am I telling you this? Because we have been fortunate enough to tempt them down from working with the Sydney Alliance to teach us their incredible communications skills.
