Well I cut out all fast food, eating healthier,drink mostly water, or no calorie & carb free drinks. I dont have time for exercise but I do manual labor so carrying 5gal buckets of mud & walking stilts all day is my exercise lol While Im watching my family eat all the things I LOVE Its getting easier to look at & say no to the bad foods because now Im seeing results! 10 lbs down :) My starting weight was the most Ive ever weighed even tho Im healthy I have a lot of muscle but I need to get back to 140 lbs thats perfect for my height & dont look to skinny.. 20 more lbs to go! #BeachBody #WeddingDress #AllMyOldClothesBack
