Well I dare not admit how much I spent in the shops today...... But..... I spent a lot less than normal and stopped myself buying random food and have raided the pantry shelves instead ... I have just cooked supper with pasta that I found at the back of the shelf and went out of date in 2011 (still tasted scummy) and cheese that we got in a hamper from Christmas was looking decidedly sorry for itself in the back of the fridge. I have a long way to go but at least Im now thinking about what Im buying. Thank you girls. Keep up the good ideas! X
