Well, I did it. Bought myself hearing aids. Went to an audiologist, at OSU Medical Center, about a week ago, tested (same results as at Miracle Ear) and went ahead with it. They were delivered, to the audiologist, and I went in Monday for a fitting and adjustments. They are really great, I am glad Queenie talked me into it! Also bought a contraption which hangs around my neck which connects the aids to my cell phone (bluetooth) and now I can leave the phone in my pocket and answer just by touching a button on the contraption. I can also stream music, Pandora, YouTube, MP3, through the contraption. Lots of money and few, if any, insurance companies cover hearing aids. Worth every penny.
