Well, I didnt get my homemade lozenges made today, and I barely scratched the surface on my goal-planning. But I found what looks to be an amazing goal-planning system that I have started on, and it even has a great method of meal planning incorporated in it. Im really looking forward to working on that tomorrow. Tomorrow marks Day 1 of the Arbonne 90-Day Challenge that I have enrolled in. Monday marks Day 1 of the 28-Day Healthy Eating Challenge. These are not the same thing, but I will be incorporating the healthy eating challenge, which is not weight-loss focused (though that will happen anyway) into the 90-Day Challenge, which is all about weight-loss. I have my weighted hula hoop and DVDs scheduled to arrive Monday. So between the two challenges, going to the gym 3-5 times a week and hooping 3-5 times a week, this girl is planning on dropping some significant pounds and inches by spring. :-)
