Well…. I didnt win the election… but I did win over 15,000 votes. Thanks to everyone for your support. I was honoured with the endorsements of the Surrey Teachers, CUPE 728, numerous groups within the NDP, the Surrey Matter Voters Association and many individuals. Make no mistake, money was a huge factor in the result of this election. Democracy is broken, but we can fix it. Starting tomorrow, I will work even harder to create social change and I know that a lot of you will be there alongside me. Surrey needs us, even if the voters dont seem to know it. On to 2018!
