Well I have to say I was extremely disappointed with three of our eating establishments tonight. First I went to the South Aussie Pub, because 40 mins before they had advertised meal specials on Facebook, but upon getting there I found that all tables had been booked and they couldnt even find me somewhere to have a quick dinner. So I went round the corner to the Mount Gambier Community RSL, they found me a table but wouldnt take my order until after the ode which if youve been there recently you know that doesnt happen before 6:15 due to them never being able to get the computer system to co-operate. This didnt give me a lot of time to get my meal and eat it seeing I had a prior engagement, and left them missing out on at least $50 from me. So It was off to the Commersh, they gave me a seat at the coffin table which was ok, I ordered the mixed grill with a well done egg, so I could still get my steak fix and it was supposed to come with onion rings. Awesome my two favourite things. The egg was far from well done and my onion rings were non existent. Now my lips are all swollen from the raw egg yolk as the yolk went all over my meat when I cut into the egg. Guess it will be back to Maccas for my quick dinner on a Sunday night, at least with them they never refuse to serve you, you know roughly how long its going to take to get your meal and they rarely make big mistakes. Not impressed.
