Well I know for years I have never really posted much abt my grandmother other than pics w her at Xmas ... She passed away this morng. What a wonderful life she lived. She was 92. Her health had gone down hill in the past few years ... One that where she couldnt take care of herself nor recognize anyone...I have lots and lots of memories of the good times spent with her. Funny how just yesterday I was commenting on a friends status of a pic of chocolate gravy. Man was hers delicious and i still make it to this day. I remember my grand mother took me fishing for the first time at my uncle JDs lake in Shelby Forrest. I caught my first bass that day 3 1/2 pounder. Its on my wall ... Then to times of spending every weekend of my summers at her place in Hot Springs on Lake Hamilton to spending spring breaks at her home in Naples Fl. To just several years ago spending time w her on the beach and on the way down she wanted to stop in Mobile and take the Helicopter ride over Mobile Bay...but the one thin I enjoyed the most was Christmas Breakfast at her house w all the family being together. She cooked for years but as us kids got older we took over to let her sit and enjoy her time w all her family together. I could go on and on but I loved my grand nanny dearly. She will be sorely missed but am so thankful for the many many great times spent w her. I know that the life she was living here recently was not one of great quality at all but that she is In Heaven now rejoicing w the angels above. RIP Grand Nanny. I love you😊😇😇👼👼👼🙏🙏🙏
